To keep our pricing simple and transparent, the following terms apply to all wholesale orders:

• No minimum order is required to qualify for wholesale pricing.

• Wholesale accounts must be a business, school, or nonprofit organization.

• Payment is required before shipment.

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

• Sample books may be purchased at wholesale prices.

• All wholesale sales are final unless books arrive damaged.

• Damaged books are eligible for a full refund.

• Proof of damage, including photographs, is required when requesting a refund.

We understand that plans can change. Orders may be canceled at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Orders that have not yet entered production may be canceled without penalty.

• Orders already in production cannot be immediately canceled.

• If an order has already entered production, the books must be received and then returned for a refund.

• The purchaser is responsible for all shipping and return shipping costs associated with canceled orders that have entered production.
